Edison Amberola DX Phonograph. Great little Edison machine! Nice all original to play your blue amberol cylinder on! The “DX” was the last Amberola “X” machines produced by Edison. RARE phonograph! They were only produced for about 6 months in 1914. It was the last belt driven Amberola model produced by Edison as well as the only Amberola model to have the quieter fireside motor. Other models had the louder GEM motor. This is a beautiful all original example of this rare and sought-after phonograph! Beautiful finish on the case as well as the extra clean motor and upper bedplate. It has the original pinstriping as well as the original grill cloth! You won’t find one any nicer on the market.
