Beautiful! 12 size 17 jewel Illinois Pocket Watch w/ Sigma Chi crest. Nice well cared for college fraternity pocket watch. This watch was manufactured in approximately 1926. This 12 size, 17 jewel watch has really been cared for over the years. It shows no wear that I can see whatever. It is housed in a beautiful green gold “Elgin Giant” 14k gold filled case. The movement takes right off when wound. It is free of any rust or blemishes on the movement. The dial is in great shape for its age as well as the painted crest. (No paint flaking at all). It has the original matching hands with the watch. Looks like this watch was worn very little. Excellent condition! They don’t get much nicer than this one! See the pictures for more details.
