Presenting a “TALK-O-PHONE,” a fine specimen of an early disk phonograph produced by the Ohio Talking Machine Company in Toledo. This company ceased operations in 1908 due to bankruptcy, following aggressive litigation by Victor over patent infringement. This particular model (Unknown) was crafted around 1903-1905. It features a cabinet measuring 13″ x 13″, which is in outstanding condition. The phonograph operates with a dual-spring motor and a reproducer, both of which have been expertly restored.
