Burlington (Illinois) Railroad 21 jewel Pocket Watch Nice well running Burlington 21 jewel Railroad pocket watch. The watch is keeping time, but I would recommend servicing before everyday use. This watch as well as others listed here, have been in storage for years. Nice clean timepiece! No rust or blemishes that I can see on the movement at all. Beautiful! This watch is railroad grade and adjusted to 5 positions as well as temperature. The watch comes housed in a “nickeloid” Keystone case that is in good condition. Front and back comes on/off properly. The dial is an Illinois bold numeral red dot dial with one micro hairline that I can see between the 12/1 hour position. Please note…On the pictures of the face, the “waves” and other distortions are because of the crystal and lighting from taking pictures. Great gift or excellent addition to your collection.
